Swimming lessons for babies and children strengthen their immunity to diseases and promote their development.
Swimming stimulates babies’ growth and development. Swimming also strenghtens babies’ muscles. As a result of swimming, babies begin sitting, standing, and walking earlier, and are generally more active than their “non-swimming” peers. Water positively affects a baby’s emotions. After swimming the baby feels calmer, sleeps better, and his appetite improves.
The Centre has a vitality pool, the cleanliness of which is maintained by the latest filters that clean the water 50 times better than standard pool sand filters (quartz sand). The ultraviolet pool sanitiser eliminates any bacteria in the pool. The pool is equipped with a special ozone generator which produces ozone. Ozone helps to keep the water crystal clear. Once in the water, the ozone lasts just a second and leaves no foreign substances in the water. Our swimming pool is one of the few pools in Vilnius which is adapted for swimming lessons with babies.
