This Candidate Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy of Northway medicinos centrai, UAB and Northway chirurgijos centras, UAB defines how the companies Northway medicinos centrai, UAB, legal entity code 111807761, operating at S. \u017dukausko Str. 19, LT-08234 Vilnius) and Northway chirurgijos centras, UAB, legal entity code 30006460, operating at S. \u017dukausko Str. 19, LT-08234 Vilnius (hereinafter both companies – Medical Institution (MI<\/strong>)) process personal data of the candidates (hereinafter – Candidates<\/strong>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INFORMATION REGARDING PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF CANDIDATES                                                                                                                           <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
Purpose of data processing<\/strong><\/td>For selection of candidates for vacancies at the MI, i.e., to find the Candidates who suit the needs of the MI, select them and evaluate whether they are suitable for the positions offered.<\/td><\/tr>
Data categories<\/strong><\/td>Name, surname, work history and experience, positions and responsibilities, phone number, e-mail, country and city of residence, information about Candidate’s competencies: languages, IT knowledge, personal characteristics, education (degree, educational institution), certificates, test results (if testing is applied), a CV and motivational letter submitted on Candidate’s initiative.<\/td><\/tr>
Lawful basis for data processing<\/strong><\/td>A consent given by the data subject (GDPR, Art. 6, p. 1 (a)).<\/td><\/tr>
Period of data storage<\/strong><\/td>Personal data will be stored as long as the competition to fill a specific vacant position is held, unless the data subject withdraws his\/her consent in advance. Personal data may be stored for more than 1 year after the competition is closed if the data subject gives a separate consent. <\/td><\/tr>
We obtain data<\/strong><\/td>From Data subjects.
MI during the evaluation process of the Candidate may contact his\/her previous employers (indicated by the Candidate) for references and inquire information related to Candidate’s competence, professional skills and business-like abilities only by giving the Candidate a notification in advance. However, MI may inquire such information about the Candidate from his\/her current employer only upon receipt of a separate Candidate’s consent.<\/td><\/tr>
We submit or transfer data<\/strong><\/td>For recruitment purposes, data will be transferred to the companies that belong to the Group of Companies: Biotechnologin\u0117s farmacijos centras, UAB, Biotechpharma, UAB, Biotechnologin\u0117s farmacijos centras \u201eBiotechpharma”, UAB, Biosantara, UAB, Celltechna, UAB, Northway medicinos centrai, UAB, Kamienini\u0173 l\u0105steli\u0173 tyrim\u0173 centras, UAB, Baltic Medical Centre, LTD, Northway turto valdymas, UAB, \u0160ventosios Guboja, UAB, Bionamas, UAB, Comtechna, UAB.
 
This is to inform you that Baltic Medical Centre, LTD that belongs to the Group of Companies is based in the United Kingdom. Data transfer to this country is possible based on the adequacy decision made by the Commission.  
To data processors that provide services to the MI: companies providing services of data centres, IT infrastructure services, and any other service providers whose services are related to retention of Candidate’s personal data.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CANDIDATE’S RIGHTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A Candidate (as data subject) has the following rights that can be exercised to the extent allowed by legislative acts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(i) To access Candidate’s personal data which are being processed;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(ii) To request to rectify incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete Candidate’s personal data;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(iii) To request to erase Candidate’s personal data or restrict processing of personal data, except for storage, if personal data processing is unlawful;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(iv) To obtain Candidate’s personal data in an organized, standard, and\/or computer-readable format;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(v) To object to Candidate’s personal data processing;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(vi) To withdraw the consent for Candidate’s data processing at any time. The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(vii) To restrict the processing of Candidate’s personal data under the applicable legal acts;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(viii) To submit a complaint to a supervisory authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
