2019–2020 – Doctoral studies at the University of Duisburg-Essen (Germany).
2021 – PhD dissertation in Medical Sciences defended; degree of Doctor of Medical Sciences awarded. Dissertation topic: “The Significance of Tacrolimus Metabolism During the First Year After Pediatric Liver Transplantation.”
Professional experience since 2013.
For many years, worked at the Department of Pediatrics of Essen University Hospital (Germany), where obtained a qualification in Pediatrics, specialized in Pediatric Gastroenterology and Transplantology, and held the position of Senior Pediatric Physician.
Currently works as a Pediatric Gastroenterologist at the Children’s Hospital of Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos.
Since 2017, has been regularly delivering lectures to medical students and resident doctors on topics in Pediatrics and Pediatric Gastroenterology at the University of Duisburg–Essen (Germany).
Since 2024 – Assistant at the Clinic of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, Vilnius University.
Actively participates annually in Lithuanian, German, and international scientific conferences, delivering presentations on Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Pediatric Ultrasound.
Author and co-author of scientific publications in the fields of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Pediatric Liver Transplantation, and Pediatric Ultrasound.
