Biography

Education

• In 2005, graduated from Kaunas Medical University, Faculty of Medicine, obtaining a medical doctor qualification. Received a Master’s degree in Medical Sciences.
• From 2005 to 2006, completed an internship at Kaunas Medical University, obtaining a professional qualification as a medical doctor.
• From 2006 to 2009, studied at Kaunas Medical University, Faculty of Public Health, specializing in Public Health Management. Received a Master’s degree in Public Health Management.
• From 2006 to 2011, studied at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Medical Academy, specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology, obtaining a professional qualification as a medical doctor.
• From 2011 to 2015, pursued doctoral studies at the Lithuanian University of Health Sciences, Medical Academy, Endocrinology Institute. Obtained a Doctorate degree in Medical Sciences.

Professional experience

Professional experience since 2006.

The experienced specialist develops her qualifications. She completed internships at the Fertility Clinic in Tallinn and the Central Hospital of Western Tallinn (Estja), as well as at the Skive Regional Hospital in Denmark. She also participated in training in sexual medicine and aesthetic gynecology at the CETI Clinic in Paris, France, and in training on the use of hyaluronic acid fillers in gynecology in Minsk, Ukraine, and Warsaw, Poland.

The doctor is a co-author of over 20 publications and regularly presents papers at scientific conferences on topics related to gynecological endocrinology, sexology, and contraception.

She has received the Young Scientist Award for her scientific achievements and won first place at the 7th National Doctoral Conference. She has also received a research scholarship from the Lithuanian Research Council.

From 2010, works in the field of sexual medicine. In 2017, the doctor completed an internship at the School of Sexual Medicine in Budapest and obtained an international certificate of the sexual medicine specialist.

Memberships

The Lithuanian Contraception Society, the Lithuanian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the European Society of Contraception and Reproductive Health, the International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology, the Private Obstetricians-Gynecologists Society, the Lithuanian Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the Baltic Fertility Society, the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology.

She is also a board member of the Lithuanian Society of Sexual Medicine and the European Society of Sexual Medicine, as well as the editor of the Lithuanian Journal of Sexual Medicine.
