Dear patients,

We would like to inform you that our personnel are currently secure amidst this difficult situation. We also have sufficient reserves of hand-washing liquids, face masks and gloves for your protection and the protection of our staff.

We make every possible effort to make you feel secure when you arrive with any urgent health issues at our centre. We make longer intervals between patient bookings, and you don’t need to wait longer than 10 minutes for your visit.

We would like to remind you that you may come to the centre only if you have booked your visit in advance or you have a GP’s referral for prescribed tests.

We perform a thermal screening of patients, and if a patient has a fever, he/she is admitted to the centre through the side entrance on the left.

If you know that you have a fever, please do not enter the centre through the main door. Use the side entrance.

When you come to the door, please call 8 5 2644466. Once the desk staff responds, please inform that you are waiting at the door. Our medical care specialist will come and take you to the room.

We will keep doing everything that is necessary to keep you protected and healthy under the current circumstances.

Patients that come to our centre during quarantine include pregnant women, seniors, children that arrive for vaccination. Therefore, we are asking you to follow the established procedures and internal rules. This is the only way to protect you and the people around you.
