We would like to inform you that currently, we have the MMR vaccine – a combined vaccine against measles, mumps and rubella. If you want to receive this vaccine, please contact our appointment desk at +370 (5) 264 4466.

If you want to know whether you are immune to the measles virus, we encourage you to take the IgG antibody test. This test measures the levels of antibodies in the blood. It also helps to evaluate your immune system status and to decide on the necessity of additional vaccination.

Medical specialists at the Centre for Communicable Diseases and AIDS would like to remind you that a person who carries the measles virus can transmit it 4-5 days prior to the onset of the rash to 4 days after the rash erupts. People vaccinated against measles cannot transmit it to other people.
